Atasi Genangan di Jl Ancol Selatan, Dua Pompa Disiagakan

Two Water Pumps Prepared to Handle Inundation on Jl. Ancol Selatan

Sunter Agung Urban Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, prepares two portable water pumps to handle inundation that usually occurs on Jl. Ancol Selatan. Because when heavy rain falls, inundation can disrupt residents mobility on the road.

Inundation can be reduced by preparing that pump. In heavy rain falls, it can up to 10-15 centimeters depth

"One pump is from us, and other from Jakarta Water Resource Dept. It can absorb up to 250 liters per hour," said Andi Dirham, Head of Sunter Agung Urban Village, Monday (8/28).

According to him, the prepared pumps can effectively reduce inundation from overflowed water channel on the location.

"We also have 150 PPSU personnel that are prepared to go to the inundation location immediately," he closed.
